As a Capital Markets Managing Director I‑Sales (IC) within PNC’s Private Markets Coverage organization, you may be based in New York, NY or East Brunswick, NJ; Boston, MA, Philadelphia, PA, Charlotte, NC or Chicago, IL may also be considered. Job Responsibilities Lead a team of sales professionals to drive sales activities and strategies for capital markets, managing and developing select client relationships. Provide a superior client experience. Ensure compliance with risk and regulatory requirements; assist senior leadership with strategic planning for the group. Partner with the sales team, relationship managers, investment bankers, traders and other internal service partners to develop client materials. Provide appropriate solutions based on in‑depth assessment of client objectives and market conditions. Allocate client coverage to optimize alignment. Coordinate the execution of sales and marketing strategies including new product development to maximize sales and new business activity. Continuously develop knowledge of industry and market developments, deal flow and regulatory requirements. Enforce compliance with policies and regulations. Provide coaching and leadership to develop the line of business. Qualifications Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for this role. Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or PhD desirable. Industry experience: 8+ years in capital markets or related fields. Licenses: None required. Pay Transparency Base Salary: $169,400.00 – $343,200.00. Incentive eligibility is based on company, business and/or individual performance.
