About the Role
The Company is seeking a Managing Director for People and Organizational Development. This role is pivotal in driving the growth, integration, and expansion of organizational assessment and development solutions. The successful candidate will be a Producing Leader, responsible for meeting individual sales targets and coaching a team to achieve their goals. Key responsibilities include serving as a sales ignitor, building a strong client pipeline, and ensuring the delivery of high-value, integrated OD solutions. The role also involves people leadership, team development, and acting as a primary integrator across various solution sets. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years' of experience in organizational development, leadership consulting, or human capital consulting, with a proven track record in sales and team leadership. Applicants for the Managing Director position at the company should possess a deep understanding of organizational development models, tools, and processes, and be adept at translating diagnostic insight into practical client solutions. The role requires a commercially driven leader with a strong growth orientation, capable of connecting and integrating across teams and with a confident, credible presence. The candidate must be a builder with a high level of ownership, low ego, and strong follow-through. A background in senior-level client leadership, and experience in selling and leading human capital consulting engagements, is essential. The role demands a leader who can operate effectively in a matrixed, enterprise organization, and who is comfortable balancing hands-on selling with enterprise leadership responsibilities.
