If you’re ready to take the next step in your sales career, Convert pre-set seller appointments into signed listings Deliver professional listing presentations Negotiate and close seller contracts Maintain strong client communication and follow-up Work within team systems and CRM processes Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are well-researched Coordinate with home inspectors and realtors to schedule inspections, open houses, and showings Oversee contract processes alongside buyer’s agents to negotiate contracts Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized, proactive, and coachable Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Shows in-depth knowledge of real estate industry and can accurately conduct market research One year of work experience in real estate Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential Compensation $100,000+ Annually EmpowerHome Team is a nationally recognized real estate organization built for agent growth and high production.
