Sales & Events Coordinator

San Pedro, California • Part-time

$18 - $20 hourly

About the Job:

• The Original Las Brisas Restaurant is expanding its community presence through mobile sales, pop-up events, catering, and private events. We are looking for a Sales & Events Coordinator who is organized, personable, dependable, and comfortable working directly with customers.
• This is a hands-on role that combines customer service, event support, sales, and coordination. You will represent the Las Brisas brand at community events and help create a welcoming experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and break down mobile sales and pop-up locations.
• Assist with inventory, payments, and daily sales activities.
• Represent Las Brisas at community events and partner locations.
• Assist with small private events and gatherings.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Promote specials, loyalty programs, catering, and other offerings.
• Maintain clean and organized sales and event areas.
• Follow food safety and handling procedures.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure food is prepared and packaged on time.
• Track sales, inventory, and supplies.
• Assist with other event and sales activities as needed.

Requirements:

• Customer service, sales, restaurant, hospitality, or event experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
• Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with customers.
• Organized and able to work independently.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30-40 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to local events.
• Food Handler Card required as applicable; candidates without one may obtain it after hire.

Schedule & Pay:

• Part-time schedule based on the event calendar.
• Tuesday through Sunday, including some evenings.
• $18-$20 per hour.
• Event bonuses and tips may be available where applicable.
