Role Description The Project Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in San Francisco, CA. This role oversees construction projects from planning through completion, including coordinating schedules, resources, and subcontractors to meet project milestones. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project budgets, tracking progress, handling documentation, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The Project Manager will interface with clients, vendors, and internal teams, resolve operational issues, and provide clear reports on project status. This role also involves supervising inspections, supporting expediting activities, and optimizing logistics to keep materials and equipment moving efficiently to job sites. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, scope control, and budget oversight. Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to coordinate materials, equipment, and services and remove bottlenecks in the construction process. Candidates should possess Inspection skills to support quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications. Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to organize deliveries, storage, and on-site material flow. Experience in construction or structural/iron work environments is highly beneficial. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency with project management software and basic office productivity tools. Demonstrated ability to work on-site, prioritize tasks, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
