Sierra Sunrise is a Fresno-based emergency shelter delivering onsite mental health services, case management and housing navigation to the homeless population. The Monitor will oversee resident safety, enforce program rules, and support daily operations in a 24/7 facility. Responsibilities include conducting bag checks, distributing meals and supplies, monitoring grounds hourly, crisis de-escalation, and maintaining logs and communications with staff to ensure smooth operations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
