Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Assistant

Position Type: Full-Time | Face-to-Face Role Role Overview Titan Growth Collective is looking for an Entry‑Level Sales & Marketing Assistant to support face‑to‑face customer acquisition campaigns at live events, retail activations, and promotional venues throughout Tampa. In this role, you’ll engage directly with customers, introduce products and services, support sales conversations, and help create positive customer experiences. This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing position designed to help you build confidence, communication skills, and practical experience in sales and marketing. Full training and ongoing coaching are provided, making this a strong opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in a fast‑paced, people‑focused environment.
