My firm is working with a growing Fintech company who is looking for a VP of Operations to lead a growing consumer finance business. You will oversee customer service, collections, recoveries, payment operations, operational support functions, and vendors
\nResponsibilities:

- Customer experience/Customer Satisfaction \n
- Collections and recovery performance. \n
- Payment performance, processes, systems, and vendor relationships. \n
- Operational execution, efficiency & scalability. \n
Experience:
\n- \n
- Proven senior leadership experience in consumer finance, fintech, lending, servicing, collections or payments \n
- Success leading customer-facing operations and developing high-performing teams \n
- Data-driven using root-cause analysis \n
- Experience improving operational performance and managing vendors \n
