Lead DevOps Engineer

Transforming infrastructure into a scalable, self-service platform, the full-time Lead DevOps Engineer will architect a secure foundation using AWS and GCP, manage Terraform environments, and enable non-engineering teams to deploy applications safely in a hybrid work setting. Key Responsibilities: Standardize and organize infrastructure using Terraform for a fully versioned and modular environment Architect and implement access control models to ensure appropriate resource access as the organization scales Design tools that empower non-engineering departments to build and manage applications within secure environments Required Qualifications: Proven experience with AWS and Google Cloud platforms, particularly in ECS and IAM Extensive knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices, specifically with Terraform Deep understanding of security protocols including IAM and OAuth in multi-cloud environments Experience integrating CI/CD best practices into software development life cycles Strong collaborative skills to engage with diverse teams including developers and business stakeholders
