The role coordinates daily operations, mentors and develops the crew, and ensures each installation reflects our commitment to protecting our customers’ homes. Responsibilities Lead a high-performance team serving customers in a local market/area. Review job specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment needed prior to reporting to the job site. Assess conditions on site; set plans based on time allotment, tools needed, and order of work and assign duties to the crew. Install products and services with support of a national team of trained professionals. Innovate and troubleshoot situations as needed to complete the job to meet company standards and timetables. Provide customers with superior quality and service while onsite performing work. Ensure all final documentation is done completely and accurately and is given to the proper parties. Supervise the crew and provide on-the-job training to installers and co‑foremen. Drive the company‑provided vehicle to and from the job site daily. Regularly and reliably report to work on time each working day. Other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications Strong communication skills, ability to motivate, and be a team player. Experience leading crews or small teams. Basic construction or mechanical knowledge. Valid, non‑restrictive driver's license. Ability to enter crawl spaces and other confined areas. Working Conditions The position requires lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.), walking and standing for long periods, performing strenuous physical labor and using manual dexterity. Excellent stamina and the ability to read reports and data on computer screens are required. Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay + bonus per job (average $92k/year).
