Community Manager

About the Role We are seeking a Community Manager to manage a large‑scale community in Florida, Nevada, or Georgia. The role oversees daily operations, financial performance, risk management, and community engagement. Responsibilities Drive Community Initiatives: Lead daily operations and ensure community goals align with the company's mission. Foster Collaborative Relationships: Build strong connections with residents, board members, and staff. Ensure Financial Accountability: Manage budgets, prepare variance reports, and implement board directives. Maintain Risk Management Compliance: Develop and execute risk management programs and long‑term planning. Develop & Motivate Teams: Lead and mentor onsite staff, focusing on delegation, collaboration, and performance development. Guide Strategic Decisions: Advise the board on long‑term planning and policy‑making. Engage the Community: Facilitate resident meetings and build opportunities for active participation. Qualifications Leadership Experience: Three or more years of onsite community management (HOA) or similar experience. Education: Bachelor’s degree or related certification preferred; CAM license required within 90 days of hire in all states. Lifting: Occasionally lift and carry supplies up to 25 pounds. Sitting or standing: Capability to sit or stand for extended periods during meetings or events. Manual Dexterity: Ability to use technology, including computers and mobile devices. Driving: Must hold a valid state driver’s license, maintain a clean motor vehicle report, and carry current insurance. A motor vehicle record will be reviewed at hire and periodically thereafter.
