What you'll do: Lead product strategy and operations for multiple complex product families, defining long-term vision aligned with business objectives and market trends. Develop and deliver product plans, recommending investments and identifying innovation opportunities to enhance competitive positioning. Oversee product roadmaps, prioritizing growth strategies and managing risks, dependencies, and trade-offs across teams. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align priorities, influence senior leadership, and drive customer-focused product decisions. Foster organizational capability by recruiting, developing talent, and promoting operational excellence and ethical standards. Utilize data analytics and emerging technologies to inform strategy and improve product outcomes. What you'll bring: Extensive experience leading product strategy and managing multiple complex product families with a focus on long-term vision and financial planning. Deep experience in Advertising ecosystem across Social, CTV, Programmatic and emerging channels Proven ability to develop and execute product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market conditions. Strong cross-functional leadership skills, collaborating effectively with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Business stakeholders. Expertise in data-driven decision making, leveraging analytics and emerging technologies to inform product direction. Demonstrated capability in organizational development, talent management, and fostering operational excellence. Skilled in influencing senior leadership and driving innovation through disruptive technology adoption.
