Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to join a fast-paced acute care unit providing exceptional care to adult and geriatric patients. The ideal candidate will have strong telemetry experience, excellent clinical judgment, and proficiency with Epic EMR.

Required Qualifications

• Active RN OR License
• Minimum 1 year of MS/Telemetry experience
• Previous travel experience preferred
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Strong cardiac assessment and patient care skills

Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult and geriatric patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and recognize changes in patient condition
• Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and insulin per protocol
• Manage peripheral IVs, PICC lines, central lines, and ports
• Complete accurate Epic documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment and discharge planning
• Maintain patient safety and infection prevention standards
