Human Resources Coordinator-OD

This is professional administrative and organizational development work responsible for coordinating employee development, training, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development initiatives for Palm Tran. An employee in a position allocated to this class coordinates and supports agency-wide programs designed to enhance employee knowledge and skills, leadership capabilities, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and workforce development. Work includes coordinating training and professional development programs; assisting with organizational development initiatives; supporting performance management processes; coordinating employee engagement and recognition activities; maintaining training and development records and systems; and compiling data to evaluate program participation and effectiveness. The employees work collaboratively with Human Resources staff, managers, supervisors, employees, subject matter experts, County departments, and external training providers to identify organizational and employee development needs and coordinate programs that support Palm Tran's operational and strategic objectives. Work requires independent judgment, initiative, organization, confidentiality, and the ability to coordinate multiple programs, projects, and deadlines. General supervision is received from the appropriate Human Resources manager or designee, who reviews work through conferences, reports, completed assignments, and evaluation of results obtained. Graduation from an accredited college or university with an Associate's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, Organizational Development, Organizational Leadership, Education, Communications, or a related field; three (3) years of progressively responsible professional or administrative experience in Human Resources, organizational development, employee training and development, employee engagement, performance management, program coordination, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, Organizational Development, Organizational Leadership, Education, Communications, or a related field. Experience coordinating employee training, professional development, leadership development, employee engagement, performance management, or organizational development programs. Experience utilizing a Learning Management System (LMS), Human Resources Information System (HRIS), or other employee training/development technology. Experience developing training materials, presentations, employee communications, reports, surveys, or program evaluations. Experience coordinating agency-wide programs, special projects, or organizational change initiatives. Experience working in public transportation, government, or another public-sector organization. Professional certification in Human Resources, training, organizational development, or related area is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr Palm Tran
