Maintenance Helper

Maintenance Helper Pay : $17.00/hour Shift : Day shift, Monday-Friday (possible overtime) Location : La Porte, IN

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Maintenance Helper for our Warehouse client to start IMMEDIATELY at $17.00/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities

Read and interpret pick tickets and work orders accurately
Report defective, damaged, or missing materials/equipment to a supervisor
Perform routine inventory cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy
Assist with general cleaning, painting, and minor repairs to support facility upkeep
Help with basic troubleshooting and equipment inspections

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
1+ year experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, or maintenance support
Ability to read measurements, technical instructions, and basic schematics
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and focused on safety and quality

Skills

Order picking/packing and general warehouse support
Inventory management and shipment processing
Ability to follow safety guidelines at all times
Basic knowledge of hand tools and maintenance equipment (preferred)
Attention to detail and adherence to safety standards
