We are seeking a professional Property Accountant to join a growing team in Spartanburg, SC . This is a full time, permanent, direct hire position with full benefits. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in accounting, and strong Excel skills.
Job Description:
- Complete full charge bookkeeping responsibilities for multiple sites
- Post daily financial results
- Oversee and create monthly variance analysis of income statements
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts
- Lead contact for accounting needs
- Complete year end audit
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business Administration
- 1-2 years of general accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent team player attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm)
- Onsite
- $65,000
- Medical, Dental, Vision
