What You'll Do:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatment of patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized care plans following all regulatory standards
• Use standardized assessments and evidence-based practices to support interventions
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatments as needed
• Document all services, treatment minutes, and patient progress accurately in electronic health records
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers
• Support and supervise CFYs or student SLPs when applicable
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuing education

What You Need:

• Active ASHA certification and MO state licensure as an SLP
• At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

• Experience in long-term care or similar healthcare settings
