Winthrop Position Title - CAS Graduate Worker Dr Bloomquist

Job Purpose - The student hired for this position will assist Dr. Bloomquist, Associate Professor in the Department of Social Work, with the Title IV-E Child Welfare Scholars Program administration, approximately five hours per week for 36 weeks.

Duties and Responsibilities - The duties of the graduate student are as follows:

• Collect and organize Scholar & program data.
• Collect, organize, and maintain program documentation.
• Communicate with South Carolina Department of Social Services, university partners, and Winthrop University faculty and staff.
• Assist with recruitment and retention events and exercises.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications - The graduate student should be: a graduate-level student of Winthrop University, in good academic standing, experience with organizing, word processing programs, and data management, and ability to work with limited supervision.

Preferred Skills - Strong organizational, data management, writing, and communication skills.

Pay Rate - $16.01
