Laboratory Technician

Part-Time Laboratory Technician Location: 100 Deforest Ave., East Hanover, NJ 07936 – On‑site position. Schedule: Part time, 20‑32 hours per week. We are seeking a Part‑Time Laboratory Technician to provide essential support to our Research & Development (R&D) team. This role focuses on sample management, shipping, safety compliance, and general lab upkeep. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, communicates well, and prioritizes tasks effectively. Responsibilities Provide support for R&D, Marketing, and Sales requests. Assist with domestic shipments, including packing and generating UPS waybills. Receive incoming shipments, unpack, and notify developers. Support other R&D tasks such as setting up and cleaning product reviews, benchtop prototyping, and sample analysis. Manage lab and sample inventory. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in a lab environment preferred. Excellent organizational and time‑management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently. Basic computer skills (email, data entry). Good communication and interpersonal skills.
