Conduct a variety of routine and complex clinical laboratory analyses-such as chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond-while adhering to established protocols.
Review results for precision, resolve discrepancies, and conduct routine maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
Support specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as required.
Thoroughly document all standard operating procedures, mentor new staff or students, and help maintain laboratory quality assurance.
Ensure a clean, safe working environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation guidelines.
Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or equivalent allied health qualification, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be secured within one year of hire.
