Conduct a range of routine and specialized clinical laboratory tests in chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more, adhering strictly to standard protocols.
Evaluate test results for precision, address any discrepancies, and ensure proper maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments under your care.
Assist in the collection of specimens and prepare samples for analysis as required.
Maintain thorough documentation of all processes, mentor new team members or interns, and contribute to upholding quality assurance within the lab.
Ensure a clean, safe working environment while following all regulatory and accreditation standards.
A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree, alongside readiness for ASCP/AMT certification.

ASCP or AMT Clinical Laboratory Science certification to be obtained within one year from the date of hire.
