Conduct standard and complex clinical laboratory tests-covering chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more-adhering to established protocols.
Evaluate test results for accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as required.
Thoroughly document all lab procedures, mentor new staff or students, and support the continuous maintenance of lab quality standards.
Ensure a clean, safe working environment and comply with all regulatory and accreditation requirements.
A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health degree while preparing for ASCP/AMT certification.

Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of employment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with healthcare teams.
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail, especially concerning quality control and documentation processes.
