Description - Your Role

• Conduct a wide range of routine and advanced laboratory tests-encompassing chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more-following established protocols.
• Examine results for precision, troubleshoot inconsistencies, and maintain lab instruments through preventative maintenance and calibration.
• Assist with specimen gathering and prepare samples for testing whenever necessary.
• Document every procedure meticulously, contribute to staff training, and help ensure adherence to lab quality standards.
• Uphold a clean and safe work setting while complying with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or equivalent allied health degree supplemented by ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout your employment.
