Description - Your Role

• Conduct a variety of essential and advanced clinical laboratory evaluations-including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more-while strictly adhering to established protocols.
• Examine results for validity, address discrepancies, and carry out routine maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for testing based on institutional needs.
• Keep precise documentation of procedures, mentor new team members or students, and uphold laboratory quality assurance standards.
• Ensure a sanitary and safe workspace while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• Achieve ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within your first year of employment.
• Maintain current certification throughout your tenure.
