Job Family:SAAS/PAAS/Cloud ConsultingTravel Required:Up to 50%Clearance Required:NoneWhat You Will Do:As part of our Workday Practice, you’ll be part of an energized team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technologyFrom initial assessments to entire transformations, you’ll deliver Workday Adaptive Planning solutions equipping organizations with the information they need to make better business decisionsAs an Adaptive Planning Senior Consultant, you will:Be a hands-on Adaptive Planning Senior Consultant on assigned projects helping to streamline client processFacilitate Design Sessions, capture client requirements, configure creative solutions, and mentor other junior consultantsResponsible for designing and configuring all areas of Adaptive Planning for our customers who are implementing Workday as a solutionParticipate in an innovative, teaming culture for the team to enable constant innovationStrong ability to team with project leadership to communicate challenges and improvements to project processesDemonstrate consultative skillsHave a passion for high customer satisfaction levelsWhat You Will Need:Bachelor's degree with a MINIMUM of FIVE (5) years of previous Adaptive Planning implementation experience, using Workday or other ERPs; OR a Master's degree with a MINIMUM of THREE (3) year of previous Adaptive Planning implementation experience, using Workday or other ERPs. Years of experience can be substituted for a degree, such as NO degree with a MINIMUM of NINE (9) years of previous Adaptive Planning implementation experience, using Workday or other ERP. IN ADDITION, years of End-User Budget Office experience can be substituted for up to TWO (2) years of Adaptive Planning experience.Experience implementing Adaptive Planning for Workday customersCurrent holder of an active Adaptive Planning certification, Workday or other ERPsUp to 50% travel balanced with a work from home and/or client office schedule - consultants may provide on-site support for key milestones as neededWhat Would Be Nice To Have:Experience with the execution of projects within a structured methodologyStrong written and oral communication skills (RFP responses, white papers, etc.) and presentation skills such as Workday demonstrations and client presentations.Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, focused on Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.Experience working in a Budget Department environment with an understanding of the issues facing organizationsA proven role in at least three full Adaptive Planning implementationsImplementations involving deploying within a state or local government is preferred.Adaptive Planning Integration Certification or experience configuring integrations with Adaptive PlanningExperience in an ERP Software Sales cycle (RFx responses, orals presentations, etc.).The annual salary range for this position is $118,000.00-$196,000.00.
