You will use your skills in pressure monitoring, arterial lines, and titrating drips to support critically ill patients. Required qualifications include active RN licensure, experience in medical/surgical ICU settings, and proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Experience with tele monitoring and ventilator management is essential. Recommended skills include strong critical thinking, adaptability, and the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
