Table Games DealerMechanically deals table games in a proficient mannerDepartment: Table GamesReports To: Supervisor Table GamesFLSA Designation: Non-ExemptLicense Type: GamingTarget Pay: $16.80Essential Job Functions:Performs the act of mechanically dealing a game in a proficient manner, according to current Company policies and procedures, applicable gaming regulations and meeting required rounds per hour by game typeResponsible for handling guest transactions and notifying Table Games Supervisor of any irregularities while advising a Table Games Supervisor or Pit Manager of any disputes or arguments that may arise during the game among players/dealersExchanges currency for gaming chips and pays or collects bets according to house rules in an accurate mannerSupports and maintains guest service standards at all times while promoting outstanding guest relationsAssists with the cleanliness of the casino property Front and Heart of HousePerforms all other duties as assignedQualifications:Must be 21 years of age or olderMust possess excellent customer relations and communication skillsMust have 6 months or more of dealing experience in the last 5 years or have successfully completed a Rivers Casino dealer schoolMust be able to get along with co-workers and work as a teamAvailable to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidaysAbility to obtain and maintain all necessary licensingNew York State Gaming License requiredPhysical and Mental Demands:Regularly required to stand for extended periods of time, see, walk, talk and hear; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and armsMust occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 poundsMust be able to identify colorsAble to work with others while maintaining a positive and professional demeanorEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
