Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work hand-in-hand with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver well-rounded, integrative care
• Guide Patients and Families: Instruct patients and caregivers on effective therapy practices that will facilitate continued improvement in everyday settings
• Document and Track Progress: Monitor clinical developments and adapt therapies as necessary, ensuring patients maintain their trajectory towards recovery

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized university
• Encouragement and support for continuing education and advanced certifications

Licensing and Certification

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT certification is essential
