Overview Line Cook Range: $15.78 - $19.03 Red Robin isn’t your typical burger restaurant. We’re a team filled with energy, magnetic personalities, and a passion for having fun. Responsibilities Prepare food the Red Robin way, including cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking various meals (meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and other ingredients). Maintain guest satisfaction by adhering to safe food handling and cleanliness rules. Support kitchen operations to ensure timely and quality meal preparation. Compensation and Benefits Base pay range: $15.78 - $19.03 per hour, plus a free meal each shift. Flexible work schedules. 50% discount on Red Robin food and 25% for your family. Legal Disclosures Pay Range (Base Pay): Pay range disclosed above. Other Types of Compensation: Referral Bonus, Employee Stock Purchase Program (after 1+ years of service, must have 20+ hours/week). Health Insurance: Health, vision, dental, accident, critical illness and hospital indemnity coverage (must be 18+). Retirement Benefits: 401k retirement plan (with company match to 4% of pay) (must be 21+, after 1+ years of service, and 1,000+ hours/year).
