Local Rate: Pay Rate: $60.77 / hour Traveler Hrly Rate $34.15 Regular $1,366.00 Gross Wages $1,366.00 Traveler Lodging $770.00 Travel M&I $476.00 Total Travel Stipend $1,246.00 Total Travel Pkg $2,612.00 Job Descriptions Duties Evaluate patients' physical condition and mobility Develop individualized treatment plans Provide exercises and therapy to improve strength and movement Help patients recover from injuries, surgery, or illness Reduce pain and improve physical function Teach patients exercises and home care techniques Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans Document patient care and therapy outcomes Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals Qualifications Minimum one year (12 months) of experience as aPhysical Therapist A valid and current PT license issued by the state of IL.
