What we’re looking for:

• At least 1.5 years of related experience as a paraprofessional or in a similar role—experience in special education or autism support settings is especially welcomed.
• A high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Current, in-person CPR and first aid certification (virtual certificates cannot be accepted).
• Patience, reliability, and a collaborative spirit.
• Ability to work full contract duration, supporting consistent classroom needs through June 2027.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting lead teachers in daily classroom activities and individualized instruction.
• Supporting students with academic, social, and behavioral goals.
• Implementing behavior intervention strategies as directed.
• Fostering a safe, engaging, and supportive classroom environment.
• Maintaining clear, professional communication with teachers, specialists, and families.

Compensation for this role ranges from $20 to $23 per hour, depending on experience.
