Qualifications:

• Experience as a paraprofessional or in a classroom support role preferred
• Ability to work effectively with children and young adults
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities and adaptability

Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers with daily classroom activities and instruction
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students as directed
• Support students with special needs or individual education plans (IEPs)
• Help maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom atmosphere
• Prepare and organize materials for lessons and classroom activities
• Supervise students in various settings, including classrooms, hallways, and outdoor areas
• Accompany students on field trips or during transitions throughout the school day
• Assist with record-keeping and documentation as needed
