Freight Flow Associate

Sam's Club #6487, 1006 Rohlwing Rd, Addison, IL 60101-1034 Pay range: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour* Full time. Shift schedule may vary. Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated Associate to support our day-to-day operations, ensuring the safety, organization, and customer service standards of our club. Responsibilities Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely, following company standards and guidelines. Receive, organize, and restock merchandise from distribution centers, maintaining accurate inventory flow and documentation. Maintain the sales floor and merchandising presentation, ensuring proper zoning, rotation, and display of products, including promotional and seasonal items. Conduct safety sweeps and report unsafe conditions, hazardous material handling, and other compliance issues. Assist club pick-up orders, staging and auditing as needed to meet company policy. Provide excellent member service, addressing member needs, resolving issues, and promoting company products and services. Identify and address shrink or quality opportunities, working with the team to improve processes. Collaborate with managers, coworkers, and customers to prioritize tasks and communicate progress. Minimum Qualifications 90 days of prior experience with forklift certification. Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks. Must be 18 years of age or older.
