What You’ll Do

As a Pavement Maintenance Technician, you’ll help improve and protect commercial properties through services like:

Parking lot striping

Crack filling

Sealcoating

Asphalt repairs

Warehouse floor markings

Site preparation and equipment operation

No two days are exactly the same, and your work will be visible across the community.

Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions

Ability to lift equipment/materials and stay active throughout the day

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to our shop in Tolland

Experience in pavement maintenance, construction, landscaping, or trades is a plus — but we can train the right person
