About the Role Our client is seeking a dedicated Customer Solutions Representative to join their fully remote team, supporting customers across various regions, including those near East London . This role is centered on providing exceptional problem-solving and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, expertly handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and guiding them through solutions. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing effective solutions. Diagnose and resolve customer issues related to products, services, and accounts. Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the CRM. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior support staff or relevant departments. Proactively identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or services. Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and policies to provide informed support. Requirements Proven experience in a customer support or solutions-oriented role, ideally remote. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-first approach. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Proficiency with CRM software, ticketing systems, and remote collaboration tools. Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet targets. A stable internet connection and a dedicated workspace are required.
