• 3+ years of hands-on fabrication experience — you know your craft
• Independently interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work orders with minimal direction
• Cut, fit, and assemble metal components to tight tolerances using saws, drills, and grinders
• MIG/TIG welding strongly preferred and self-inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy catch issues early, problem-solve on the floor, and keep production moving
• Self-directed, precise, and takes pride in work that’s done right
• Maintain a safe, organized workspace and uphold shop standards
