Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Tennessee Educational Cooperative is seeking an experienced and collaborative Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and support behavioral services across four East Tennessee school districts. This is an outstanding opportunity for a BCBA who enjoys working in educational settings, building effective behavior support systems, and making a meaningful impact on students, staff, and school communities. Position Summary The BCBA will provide leadership for a team of four Behavior Technicians while delivering behavior-analytic services across participating school districts. Responsibilities include conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), developing and monitoring Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), providing staff training and professional development, supervision of RBT's and collaborating with educators and administrators to support student success.
