Physical Therapist OpportunityWe are looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist to join an outpatient rehabilitation team in Liberty, MO. The position focuses on personalized, one-on-one care to help patients manage pain, improve mobility, recover from injuries, and return to their preferred activities.This is an opportunity for a clinician who values patient-centered treatment, hands-on rehabilitation, and professional growth within a supportive team.Responsibilities include:Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.Treat musculoskeletal conditions, joint dysfunction, sports injuries, and mobility limitations.Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional rehabilitation.Monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans to meet patient goals.Educate patients on recovery, home exercise programs, and injury prevention.Complete clinical documentation and collaborate with colleagues.Qualifications include:Current Missouri Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one.Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and patient-care skills.Interest in hands-on therapy and evidence-based rehabilitation.New graduates and experienced Physical Therapists are welcome.Experience with spinal or joint mobilization, ART, DNS, Graston/FAKTR, dry needling where licensed and trained, McKenzie Method, or Blood Flow Restriction is beneficial.Compensation and benefits include:$70,000-$100,000 annual salary, based on experience and qualifications.Potential sign-on bonus for exceptional candidates.Health and dental insurance, with 50% of premiums paid by the employer.401(k) with a 4% employer match.In-house CEUs, paid training, and mentorship.Treatment table, massage table, iPad, clinical tools, and supplies provided.Collaborative team and marketing support.Opportunities for professional development, clinic leadership, and potential profit sharing.
