Full-time
- Wash, chop, portion, and prepare ingredients
- Follow recipes and established preparation standards
- Label, date, rotate, and properly store food
- Stock kitchen stations and assist with inventory
- Maintain a clean and organized prep area
- Follow food-safety and sanitation procedures
- Assist line cooks and other team members as needed
- Complete opening and closing prep duties
- Competitive industry pay starting at $19 - $21/hour depending on experience and position, and OT available
