In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our guest rooms and public areas shine with cleanliness while fostering a positive, collaborative team environment. With a competitive pay range of $20 - $21 per hour (dependent on experience). All new hires starting in June will qualify for a $250 sign on bonus, paid out after the associate has been employed and in good standing with the company for 90 days (based on hours worked). In this hands-on leadership role, you will work five days a week with a seasonal closure between December and January each year.

You will oversee daily housekeeping and laundry operations, effectively organizing tasks for team members and stepping in to assist with cleaning duties as needed. You take pride in inspecting guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet our high-quality standards. Acting as the substitute Housekeeping Supervisor on their days off, you will play a crucial role in training and coaching the housekeeping team, while coordinating with the front desk and maintenance to promptly address guest needs. With your focus on promoting teamwork and accountability, your leadership will directly enhance guest satisfaction and contribute to the property's success.
