ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my State Farm agency in 2018 and currently lead a team of six. As a lifelong resident of Lake Charles and a graduate of McNeese State University, I’m passionate about serving the community I call home. Before becoming an agent, I proudly served as an infantryman in the United States Marine Corps, including two tours in Iraq. That experience helped shape the values of leadership, accountability, and service that guide our agency today.

As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Nicholas Reina - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain client records and update information as needed.
• Assist with customer retention strategies.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Experience in customer service preferred.
