ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2008 and has grown into a team of 14 who are focused on building strong relationships and supporting one another. I started my journey as an Agent Aspirant, which gave me a clear understanding of what it takes to grow in this business and how to support team members along the way.

I’m married with five kids, including twins, and family is at the center of everything I do. We stay very active in sports and family activities, and that family-first mindset carries over into the culture of our office. I stay involved in the community through the local Chamber of Commerce, building connections and supporting local businesses and events.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Chris Gaudet - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
