Quick Facts Location: Dayton Children's, Dayton, OH Start Date: 04/28/2026 End Date: 11/16/2026 Shift: Monday-Friday, 07:00 AM – 03:30 PM Hours per Week: Approximately 35 hours Employment Type: Locum / Temporary License/Certs: Ohio Medical License, DEA, CSR, BLS, PALS, ACLS, CAQH Profile (if available) Experience: Preferably 2+ years in pediatric anesthesia or relevant specialty Pay & Benefits Pay Rate: Competitive hourly rate (discussed upon application) Benefits: Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical coverage (W-2) Paid sick time, in accordance with applicable state, federal, and local laws Travel reimbursements (mileage, flights, hotel, rental car) Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated support team throughout your assignment What You’ll Do Provide anesthesia care for approximately 50-60 surgical cases daily in a hospital-based OR setting Supervise CRNAs as part of a care team model Manage anesthesia for neonatal to adult patients across various surgical procedures Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of nurses, surgeons, techs, and other clinical staff Ensure patient safety and anesthesia quality throughout procedures What You Need Current Ohio medical license and DEA registration Certification in BLS, PALS, and ACLS At least 2 years’ experience in anesthesia, ideally with pediatric cases Ability to supervise CRNAs and work within a hospital team environment Strong communication and teamwork skills About the Assignment Join a dedicated team at a prominent Level 1 Trauma Center in Dayton, Ohio, providing essential anesthesia coverage in a busy hospital setting.
