This Anesthesiologist Assistant opportunity in Southwest Ohio offers a strong salary, an easy 8-hour schedule, and no call for an ideal work-life balance. With 7.5 weeks off, plus a 10% 401K match, and more, this is an excellent long-term opportunity.

Highlights:

No call required, but in-house airway management call is available for additional pay.
8-hour shifts, averaging 32-35 hours per week—some days off entirely.
Overtime at 1.5x pay for any hours beyond 8 per shift.
Diverse case mix: Bread-and-butter cases, heavy orthopedics, ENT, urology, GYN, vascular, and outpatient procedures.
Collaborative and stable team.
Quick credentialing: 2-3 days for temp privileges and 4-6 weeks for full approval.
