The listed salary for this position is $120,000-$150,000 annually. Main Responsibilities Excel in technical delivery by producing clear, transparent, accurate, and secure solutions with a strong emphasis on speed and data security. Automate data processes to streamline workflows and minimize manual interventions. Collaborate with global and cross‑functional teams, ensuring effective communication and seamless project execution. Transform data into compelling stories and visualisations that inform and empower stakeholders. Uphold rigorous standards for data quality, integrity, and security throughout all phases of project delivery. Identify opportunities to improve analytical processes and implement best practices for scalable, sustainable solutions. Required Skills and Experience Experience working in an agile, startup‑type business, demonstrating adaptability and a bias for action. Proven ability to set technical direction and standards, including making technical solution decisions, evaluating products, running proofs of concept, and educating technical team members. Ability to coach and mentor less senior team members in both technical and analytic domains. Strong advocacy for self‑service analytics, empowering business teams with the tools and data needed to become more data‑driven and agile. Excellent problem‑solving skills with a knack for quickly identifying gaps and finding, curating, and presenting the right data to help business teams exceed their goals. Hands‑on experience with Google BigQuery (data lake and data warehouse) and SQL. Excellent knowledge and skills with data visualisation tools such as Power BI and Looker. Demonstrated interest and experience in leveraging AI to accelerate solution delivery, as well as building AI‑driven solutions for business teams. Comfortable working at the intersection of data engineering, data warehousing, and data visualisation, with a primary focus on storytelling and presentation.
