Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse in the Flex Pool is responsible for providing skilled nursing care across various medical and surgical units including Medical, Laulima (Surgical Acute), and Cardiovascular Units. The nurse will perform patient assessments, medication administration, treatment planning, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams while floating between units. This role requires strong clinical skills, flexibility, and effective communication to ensure quality patient care during night shifts. Responsibilities: Required Skills & Certifications:
- Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Hawaii prior to assignment start.
- ACLS certification.
- Must have Hawaii RN license before start of assignment; no medical or religious exemptions accepted in lieu of immunity documentation.
- 12-hour night shifts from 18:45 to 07:15.
