Staff Accountant

We are seeking a Staff Accountant to join our accounting and finance team. This position will be responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations, month-end close, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and general ledger activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. Responsibilities Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger Perform balance sheet and bank account reconciliations Maintain supporting schedules for various general ledger accounts Assist with the preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports Support budgeting and forecasting activities Assist with external audit requests and preparation of supporting documentation Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting and financial reporting issues Perform additional accounting and finance projects as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 1-3+ years of relevant accounting experience preferred Strong understanding of general accounting principles and the general ledger Experience with month-end close and account reconciliations Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, and data analysis Experience with ERP or accounting software preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
