Staff Accountant

Boca Raton, FLDescription The Staff Accountant will support the Finance department by preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, financial analyses, and supporting internal and external audits to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. This role requires strong IFRS/GAAP knowledge, advanced Excel skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The position will participate in monthly close activities, maintain compliance with accounting policies and internal controls, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on treasury, tax, compliance, and process improvement initiatives that support financial accuracy, efficiency, and business growth. RequirementsResponsibilitiesPrepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and support schedules.Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.Analyze financial results and investigate variances.Support internal and external audits.Assist with treasury activities, cash management.Assist with tax compliance.Maintain compliance with IASB / GAAP and company policies.Identify process improvements and support special projects.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience.Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and financial reporting.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and learn quickly.Strong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience with SAP systemsPreferred QualificationsExperience with tax compliance and treasury functions.About Telit Cinterion Telit Cinterion is a leading provider of IoT solutions, enabling businesses to connect, manage, and secure IoT devices and networks globally.
