Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing and maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), and supporting various accounting functions across multiple platforms. Your expertise will help drive financial integrity, streamline processes, and contribute to the overall success of our organization. Duties Prepare, review, and record journal entries with precision, ensuring accuracy in the general ledger and adherence to accounting standards. Conduct account reconciliations, including balance sheet reconciliation and account analysis. Manage accounts payable, ensuring timely payments while maintaining detailed records. Assist with annual audits. Support financial reporting activities by preparing financial statements and assisting with budgeting and tax-related tasks. Skills Strong understanding of GAAP principles and corporate accounting practices. Excellent analytical skills for account analysis and account reconciliation tasks. Strong understanding of financial concepts including journal entries, general ledger accounting, and double-entry bookkeeping. Effective communication skills for collaborating across teams and supporting audit activities.
