School-Based Physical Therapist - Belleville, Pennsylvania

Step into a meaningful contract opportunity making a real difference for students during their Extended School Year program in scenic Huntingdon County. This in-person role spans two sites, both conveniently located in close proximity. As a skilled school-based Physical Therapist, your expertise will help ensure students continue to make important progress in their PT goals over the summer.


Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Active Physical Therapy license (PDE-compliant, per Pennsylvania requirements)
• Prior experience in school-based or pediatric PT is strongly encouraged
• Ability to deliver targeted, individualized care within prescribed session times
• Comfortable supporting a small, varied caseload and adapting to changing student needs
• Commitment to in-person service delivery only

Responsibilities in this Role:

• Provide Physical Therapy sessions for a limited group of students, as outlined:
  • June 23, 2026 - July 16, 2026: Caseload of 4 students with individualized, pre-determined session schedules, ranging from 1-2 times weekly for 30-45 minutes
  • June 22, 2026 - August 3, 2026: Provide PT to 1 additional student (schedule details pending)
• Prepare and implement effective, engaging PT interventions designed to maximize each student's functional gains
• Collaborate with school teams and families, delivering consistent communication regarding progress and needs
• Maintain timely, thorough documentation in accordance with educational and licensure standards
